This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you may not do with the Jivco Service. It is part of the Terms of Service. Violating it may result in suspension or termination.
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or harm anyone. This includes harassment, threats, defamation, fraud, deceptive practices, distributing malware, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
You are responsible for ensuring your communications are lawful. In particular:
Jivco provides tools, not legal clearance — obtaining and documenting consent is your responsibility.
When you connect integrations (such as Google or Meta), you must comply with those platforms' terms and policies, including their rules on automated activity, review responses, and messaging. Don't use the Service in a way that would violate a connected platform's terms.
You may not use Jivco's AI features to:
Remember that AI output can be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing content before it is sent (see the Terms of Service).
You may not circumvent plan limits, usage controls, or security features; scrape or overload the Service; share access credentials improperly; or resell the Service without authorization.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate. We may also report unlawful activity to authorities.
