This page explains how to delete data associated with Jivco, including data obtained through connected platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Jivco is operated by Ambitions LLC and serves businesses in the United States.
Two kinds of people may have data with Jivco: our customers (the businesses that use Jivco) and their customers (the people who message those businesses through connected channels such as Messenger). The steps below let either group disconnect a platform and request deletion of stored data.
If you connected a Facebook Page or another integration to Jivco, you can disconnect it at any time from your Jivco dashboard under Settings → Integrations. Disconnecting immediately stops Jivco from accessing any further data from that platform.
You can also revoke Jivco's access from within Facebook:
This revokes Jivco's access to your Facebook data going forward.
To request deletion of data Jivco has already stored, email privacy@jivco.io with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line, from the email address associated with your account. If you are a customer of a business that uses Jivco, briefly describe the business and the messaging account involved so we can locate the right records.
