This Privacy Policy explains how Ambitions LLC ("we," "us"), operator of the Jivco service ("Jivco"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Jivco platform and websites (the "Service"). Jivco currently serves customers in the United States, and data is stored and processed in the United States.
There are two kinds of people this policy concerns: our customers (the businesses that use Jivco) and their customers (the people who message those businesses). For data belonging to a business's own customers, the business is the controller and Jivco acts as a processor on its behalf — see our Data Processing Agreement.
We use information to operate the Service: to read incoming messages, generate suggested replies and actions using AI, route items for your approval, send messages you approve (or that you have configured to send automatically), and provide support, billing, and security.
To generate drafts and classifications, relevant message content and business context are processed by AI models, including models provided by our AI vendor. AI output can be inaccurate and is provided for your review — see our Terms of Service for details on your responsibility to review content before it is sent. We do not use your content to train AI models for unrelated purposes. Any cross-business learning is strictly opt-in and uses only anonymized, aggregated signals — never your raw content or your customers' personal information.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it. Current categories of providers include:
A current list of subprocessors is maintained in the Data Processing Agreement. We may also disclose information to comply with law or protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your data, and we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, security, or billing obligations. We protect information using encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), access controls and secure authentication, content filtering, and rate limiting on public-facing surfaces such as the chat widget. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to incidents.
You can access and update your account information, request export or deletion of your data, and disconnect integrations at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; see our Do Not Sell My Info page for California-specific information.
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
